Advisory to all the Guests who claim CASH REFUND in CEBU PACIFIC.

Ayan po galing mismo sa FB page airline.

Pagkatapos pa ng community quarantine sila magsisimula mag-process ng refund. Tapos 3-4 buwan pa after processing maibabalik. So kung susumahin, 5-6 months bago maibalik ng airline ang pera (at pwedeng mas matagal pa depende kung hanggang kelan pa itong GCQ/MGCQ) .

Gustuhin man po namin na ibalik kaagad ang inyong pera, wala po kaming maibibigay sa inyo kung wala pang nire-refund ang airline sa amin.

Lahat po tayo apektado ng COVID-19. Konting pag-unawa lang po ang hinihingi namin. Hindi naman po nating lahat ginusto itong mga nangyayari ngayon.

Tips lang po sa pagkuha ng mga kinakailagngang requirements..
First step coordinate with ur brgy..dun kapo s knla kukuha ng 1.) TRAVEL CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE▶️ kelangan po me sealed at pirma ng doctor.
▶️ Tiyagaan po sa pila.
▶️14 days po yan bago ma release depnde nalang s mga protocol guidelines per brgy.
Nxt step po nyan proceed po kau sa munisipyo,cityhall or s pnp authority sa pagkuha ng - Requirements needed
▶️Hingi form sa officer incharge fill up sa form tpos ang travel clearance certificate need ipa xerox kc ang xerox copy nyu at ang original ang ipapasa kasabay ng xerox copy ng confirm ticket nyu po at isang valid id..at qng trucking naman need mo din isulat ang name n driver, license,date ng travel need mo din ipasa ang medical certificate ni driver..Take note po kapag c kua driver ai walang id ng IATF dna po xa agad agad makakablk need nanamn nya kumuha ng Travel pass sa area o lugar na pinuntahan nya..kaya qng d nmn po necessarily ang pagbiyhe stay at home nalang po tau..
3-4 days po bago ma release ang travel pass..kaya payo q lang na kompletohin na ang mga klangan bago kumuha ng travel pass para d nmn sayang ang pagpila nyu at maiwasan ang pabalk balk..

Reason for travel▶️locally stranded/Ofw (state mo nalang qng anu reason mo po)

Place of origin▶️ Address nyu po qng saan kau na stranded

Place of destination ▶️ Kung saan kau uuwi or pupunta

Date of travel ▶️ Ex.date po ng ticket ay june5
Ilagay po June5-31,2020 pra just incase ma cancelled eh magagamit mo pa dn kc me date dn po qng gang kelan xa valid..
Name of driver- (qng land travel) need po license,id,at mdcl clearance certificate dn po n kua driver.
