✈️ HOW TO BOOK CHEAPER ✈️

Most expensive flights aren’t caused by airlines—
they’re caused by our own preferences.
Fixed dates, direct flights, heavy baggage, and peak hours often cost more.

💡 Flexibility is the real secret to cheaper fares.
✔ Fly midweek
✔ Be open to stopovers
✔ Consider alternative airports
✔ Pack light
✔ Compare the total cost, not just promo fares

Booking cheaper is one thing. Booking safer is another.
A legit travel agent helps you:

✔ Avoid fake promos and hidden fees

✔ Get real support during delays or changes

✈️🌴

Cebu Pacific, NBI Warn Public Against Unauthorized Sellers of Flights

Cebu Pacific is now working with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to identify unauthorized sellers of its flights who are using fraudulent or stolen credit cards.

Aside from the NBI, Cebu Pacific is also coordinating with other authorities such as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) to warn the public against booking flights through unauthorized channels.

Cebu Pacific has cancelled bookings that were purchased using fraudulent or stolen credit cards as confirmed by their partner banks. Following an investigation, the airline determined that certain individuals used these cards to book Cebu Pacific flights, which were subsequently converted into Travel Funds. These Travel Funds were then used to illegally resell flights through unauthorized channels.

Passengers affected by the cancelled bookings have been sent notifications and are advised to book new flights through www.cebupacificair.com using a valid and authorized form of payment should they wish to proceed with their travel plans.

The following Facebook groups that booked flights for passengers using fraudulent credit cards have been taken down:

Cebu Pacific Refund - https://www.facebook.com/groups/426610031927684

Cebu Pacific Travel Fund (For Sale) - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1016560490256609

Cebu Pacific Air - https://www.facebook.com/groups/CebuPacificAirPh

CEBU PACIFIC PISO FARE//PROMO TICKET//LOW FARE - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1271257087394124/?ref=share&mibextid=wwXIfr&rdid=YZUtFi8OGJWoCAHl&share_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fshare%2Fg%2F1SgTtETVrZ%2F%3Fmibextid%3DwwXIfr

Cebu Pacific strongly reminds all passengers to book their flights only through CEB’s official website, mobile app, or accredited travel partners to ensure access to the airline’s guaranteed lowest fares and legitimate booking services.
To book your flights with CEB, you may directly visit www.cebupacificair.com or download our official mobile app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CHECKED BAGGAGE GETS SCRATCHED, DAMAGED, OR HAS A BROKEN WHEEL AFTER YOUR FLIGHT ✈️💼

1. Stay in the baggage claim area.
Don’t step outside. If you leave, it becomes very hard to file a valid claim.

2. Record everything right away.
Use your phone to film the carousel, your flight number on the display, your bag tag, and all the damage. Capture it clearly and slowly.

3. Go to the airline’s Lost & Found or Baggage Claim counter.
Tell them your luggage was damaged and you want to file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).

4. Fill out the report and cooperate.
They’ll take photos, your baggage tag, and basic details. They may ask if you prefer repair or compensation. Stay calm and make sure you receive a receipt or reference number.

Tip: Keep your suitcase receipt or photos of it when it was new. It helps the airline decide the compensation amount.

5. Follow their instructions for repair or reimbursement.
Some airlines have repair services on-site. If not, they’ll tell you how to submit repair costs or a new suitcase receipt.

Most important:
Without a PIR filed at the airport, your claim will almost always be denied. Damaged luggage is annoying, but knowing your rights makes all the difference.
