The journey was never easy, but you made it brighter, our PARAU PERFORMERS!

On behalf of the LGU Pilar, under the leadership of Hon. Dennis A. Sy-Reyes, we proudly honor your courage, talent, and unwavering dedication. You fought with heart and spirit, and this year, you stand as the living face of our town — the heartbeat of Pilar in the Kasanggayahan Festival.
