2GO Travel Advisory

THIS IS A TRAVEL ADVISORY AND DOES NOT AFFECT FREIGHT and CARGO TRANSPORTATION
In view of the recent announcements of the government regarding community quarantine imposed on the entire Metro Manila because of the COVID-19, 2GO will be making the following sailing adjustments:
TO AND FROM MANILA SAILINGS
1. For now, Voyages to and from Manila from March 15 are CANCELLED. We are monitoring government advisories on a daily basis and once clearance is provided, we will resume normal operations.
2. For March 13, 2020 sailing schedule, schedules are as follows:
Saint Francis Xavier (SFX) voyage 22
Manila - Cebu and Manila - Butuan ETD: March 13-9:00AM
STATUS: Sailing as per normal schedule
Saint Michael the Archangel (SMA) voyage 22
Manila - Iloilo and Manila - Bacolod ETD: March 13-11:00AM
STATUS: Sailing as per normal schedule
Saint Leo the Great (SLG) voyage 22
Manila - Coron and Manila – Puerto Princesa
ETD: March 13-7:00PM
STATUS: Sailing as per normal schedule
Saint John Paul (SJP) voyage 22
Cagayan De Oro - Manila ETD: March13-11:59AM
Cebu - Manila ETD: March13-11:00PM
STATUS: CANCELLED
Note: The government has directed that suspension of domestic travel will be reviewed on a day to day basis. We will provide updates on the sailing schedule as these become available.
As the resumption of sailings is reviewed day to day, we encourage all passengers with trips booked on cancelled sailings March 13 onwards to monitor our announcements on resumption of service and rebook tickets accordingly at any corporate ticketing outlet or where tickets were bought.
Surcharges such as rebooking fees and fare difference will be waived.
If passengers opt for refunds, please proceed to the outlets where tickets were purchased for processing.
All 2GO Travel affected passengers will be notified via SMS. We urge all passengers to check for updates through our official page https://www.facebook.com/2GOTravel/ or call (02) 8528 7000.
TO AND FROM BATANGAS - 2GO WILL HAVE NORMAL SAILINGS
1. Sailing to and From Batangas: Please note that voyages originating from Batangas ARE NOT AFFECTED by the community quarantine imposed on Metro Manila. All sailing schedules will follow normal operations.
