NVC’s first venture in the Motorist Facility operation is the NLEX Drive & Dine, Valenzuela, which aims to be the country’s gold-standard in “DRIVE STOP CONVENIENCE”.
THE DEVELOPMENT
NLEX Drive & Dine is a prime 15,500 square meter area that will be one of preferred destinations in North Manila and Central Luzon; playing the role of host where tasty food, soothing ambiance, luscious green spaces, and exciting activities fused perfectly together. It will be the perfect stop or destination for customers for comfort and convenience.
The project will have four clusters with a total of 27 units of leasable spaces with alfresco areas, surrounded by spacious sidewalks. The facade echoes the metropolitan influence of modernity. DRIVE AND DINE is situated at Km 17 Barrio Canumay, North Luzon Expressway, Metro Manila between MEYCAUAYAN EXIT and VALENZUELA EXIT.
