We hope this letter finds our fellow neighbors in good health. On behalf of Robi’s Villa, We are here to address the recent noise complaint by our fellow neighbors raised.
We want to begin by sincerely apologizing for any inconvenience our Guest may have caused you. And we assure you that it was not our intension to disrupt your peace.
We understand that noise can disrupts one’s quality of life. It is important to us that our neighbors feel comfortable and maintain a peaceful environment.
Unfortunately, most of the guest that stays caught unaware and exceeds to their limits so much that they do not mind our implementations/rules that we had imposed upon check in into the premisses.
Upon receiving your complaint, we have taking measures to minimize the impact.
We want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Your comfort and your happiness are important to us.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
