As part of the municipalityโ€™s gastronomy presentation, delegates witnessed a food presentation and cooking demonstration of ๐๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐š๐ง, one of Catanduanesโ€™ well-loved native delicacies, showcasing the rich flavors, local ingredients, and culinary traditions deeply rooted in the communityโ€™s food heritage.

The Provincial Government of Catanduanes, under the leadership of Governor Patrick Alain T. Azanza, through the Provincial Tourism Office headed by Provincial Tourism Officer Carmel Bonifacio-Garcia, extends its sincere gratitude to the Local Government Unit of San Andres led by Mayor Aly T.
