TagMate Tracker – Step-by-Step User Guide

Step 1: Activate Your TagMate Tracker

Press and hold the small button on the TagMate ring (or tap the activation point depending on the model) until the LED light flashes. This means it's ready to pair.


Step 2: Open the Find My App

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Find My app.
Tap Items at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "+" (Add New Item) > then select "Add Other Item."


Step 3: Connect Your TagMate

Wait for your iPhone to detect the TagMate.
Tap Connect when it appears.
Give your TagMate a name (e.g., “My Keys” or “Gym Bag”).
Done! You’ll now see its location on the Find My map.


Step 4: Test the Features

Tap your TagMate in the Find My app.
Try Play Sound if it’s nearby.
Enable Notify When Left Behind to receive alerts if you forget your item.
