The flight to Skardu, Pakistan, might just be the only plane route that takes you breathtakingly close to the mighty 8,000-meter peak, Nanga Parbat. Here’s a glimpse from my recent window seat—soaring past endless Himalayan and Karakoram mountain ranges during the 45-minute journey to Skardu. The sight of Nanga Parbat towering above the clouds is an unforgettable highlight!
