Standing on soft green meadows, watching a turquoise lake mirror the cloudy sky, with snow-dusted peaks watching over like silent guardians it felt like time slowed down.
The pine-covered mountains whispered peace, the glaciers told stories of years, and even a simple mountain goat felt like part of the family here. No city noise. No rush. Just wind, water, and wonder. 🏔️

مقپون داس میں اکنامک زون کے قیام کا قانونی و انتظامی طریقہ کار کیا ہے؟ اور متنازعہ اراضی پر اس قسم کے ترقیاتی منصوبے کو کس طرح نافذ کیا جا سکتا ہے؟

اس ضمن میں یہ واضح کرنا ضروری ہے کہ اگر حکومت بغیر مقامی آبادی کی مشاورت اور زمینی ملکیت کے تنازعات کے تصفیے کے کوئی یکطرفہ اقدام اٹھاتی ہے، تو اس کے نتیجے میں علاقے میں شدید عوامی ردِعمل اور بے چینی پیدا ہونے کا قوی امکان ہے۔ مقپون داس کی زمین سے وابستہ تاریخی، سماجی اور معاشی حقوق کو نظر انداز کرنا نہ صرف مقامی لوگوں کے اعتماد کو ٹھیس پہنچائے گا بلکہ خطے کے امن و استحکام کے لیے بھی مسائل پیدا کر سکتا ہے۔

حراموش کے عوام اپنی اراضی کے تحفظ کو اپنا بنیادی حق سمجھتے ہیں۔ ضرورت پڑنے پر اس حق کے دفاع کے لیے اپر حراموش سمیت پورے علاقے کے نوجوانوں کی پرامن اخلاقی و سماجی حمایت حاصل کی جائے گی، تاکہ آئینی و قانونی دائرے میں رہتے ہوئے اجتماعی مؤقف پیش کیا جا سکے۔
