KTP International K2 Expedition 2026

Alhamdulillah, our first K2 expedition team already arrived at Base Camp and has begun their first rotation towards Camp C1. Meanwhile, our second team is making its way to Base Camp, within a short days they also will be at Base camp with safe & sounds..InshaAllah!

Every member of the expedition is motivated, well-prepared, and focused on reaching their goal. Insha'Allah, they will be blessed with favorable weather and safe conditions throughout the climb.
We offer our heartfelt prayers and best wishes to the entire team for a safe, successful, and unforgettable K2 expedition. May Allah grant them strength,

**KTP Nanga Parbat Expedition 2026**

Following the successful ascent of Nanga Parbat (8,126m), our team has safely arrived in Skardu, where they received a warm welcome and heartfelt congratulations, along with gifts to celebrate this remarkable achievement.

We are especially proud to congratulate Mr, Gian Luca Cavalli who successfully summited Nanga Parbat without supplemental oxygen and without the assistance of Sherpas or high-altitude porters. This extraordinary accomplishment reflects his exceptional determination, resilience, and true mountaineering spirit.

With Nanga Parbat now behind them, the team has set its sights on an even greater challenge K2 (8,611m), the second-highest mountain in the world.

We pray for favorable weather, a successful summit, and a safe return for the entire team.

Update

Great news from Nanga Parbat Base Camp!

We are delighted to share that our esteemed client, Mr. Gian Luca, successfully summited Nanga Parbat (8,126m) without supplemental oxygen and without Sherpa,on 30 June 2026.

Following this remarkable success on Nanga Parbat, Mr. Gian Luca now sets his sights on the mighty K2 (8,611m), the second-highest mountain in the world. InshaAllah, after a brief period of rest and recovery, he will begin his journey towards K2 within the coming week.

The entire KTP Team extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Gian Luca, the dedicated Nepalese Sherpa team, and all climbers involved in this outstanding accomplishment.

KTP Broad Peak Expedition 2026:–
Update

The team has now settled well at Base Camp and completed their acclimatization process successfully. They have carried out rotations to both Camp 1 and Camp 2 and are progressing according to plan.

We are delighted to share that on the 24th, Mr. David Klein and Mr. Ian opened the route to C1 alone, before anyone else had touched the mountain, and spent the night in C1.
On the 25th, they reached Camp 2 and then returned to Camp 1, where they spent the night.

Insha'Allah, the next phase they plan to start their second rotation on the 30th, with the aim to spend 1-2 nights at C2,will see the team moving towards C-3.

We wish the entire team favorable weather, a successful ascent, and a safe descent.

Great news from Broad Peak Base Camp!

After days of challenging weather from Askoli to BC, the team is finally enjoying perfect conditions today. Despite bad weather throughout the trek, our team pushed through and became the first group to reach any peak in the Baltoro region this season.

Alhamdulillah, camp is set up and the team is safe, healthy, and in high spirits thanks to the pleasant weather.

Our K2 team will also begin their expedition in a few days. We’re optimistic that this season’s weather will be much better for climbing in Pakistan compared to last year.

We’ll keep you updated our teams’ climbing activities so on . Stay tuned! Insha’Allah.

KTP-HUNGARIAN-US BROAD PEAK EXPEDITION 2026..

Alhamdulillah, our team has successfully reached Broad Peak Base Camp after overcoming challenging snowy trail conditions. We are proud to share that this is the first team to arrive at Broad Peak Base Camp this season in the magnificent Karakoram Mountains.

The trek from Concordia to Broad Peak Base Camp was demanding, with heavy snow and difficult terrain. Weather conditions have remained cloudy and unpredictable over the past week, so the climbers will patiently wait for a favorable weather window before moving up to Camp 1 in the coming days.

At Karakoram Tours Pakistan, we remain committed to providing safe, professional, and unforgettable mountaineering experiences in the heart of the Karakoram. We wish our climbers a safe journey, strong spirits, and a successful summit ahead.
