Beer, or Bir, is one of the 44 union councils, administrative subdivions, of Haripur District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Beer is located at 34°10'0N 72°58'0E at an altitude of 811 m (2664 ft) and lies in the corner of Tarbella Lake and - north of the district capital Haripur where it borders Mansehra District. It is about 20kmfrom Haripur City.It is also connected to Mansehra.
