Carrying out the expeditions of our own & bringing adventures to our lives! It is said that if one looks for it - he finds inspiration in the most random of people and places. For us, the book written by Rustichello Da Pisa, โ€œThe travels of Marco Poloโ€ was the source of inspiration. Well-known as an explorer in his time, Marco was a Venetian Merchant who began his journey in 1271 accompanied by hi

s father and Uncle. With his travels, the Europeans who were unaware of the Eastern culture became all familiar with it. He was not the first of such travelers, but he certainly was one who made an impact among the people of his land. It is said his travels had inspired Christopher Columbus and many such figures. Among such well-known personalities, we are nothing but very ordinary men who were left fascinated by the idea of his adventures. Along with his personality, his adventures were this inspirational that they made us realize how much we are missing out on in our life. Busy in our everyday routines, we forget that a whole lot of world exists besides it, most of which we have never seen. His travels impelled me to carry out adventures of my own.
