Job Title: Community Relations Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,500 – 7,000 (all-inclusive, based on experience)
About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and leading real estate firm based in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality property management and customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound and outbound communication with residents, vendors, and service providers on behalf of the community management team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, complaints, meeting minutes, and follow-ups using CRM platforms.
Respond to resident inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support new tenant onboarding by providing guidance and ensuring a smooth transition into the community.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Eligibility:
Open to male candidates aged 35 or below.
Preferred nationalities: Moroccan, Egyptian, Tunisian, Algerian, Syrian, and Lebanese.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in hospitality (preferably 5-star hotels), mixed-use developments, or real estate customer service.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Monday.com, Shopify, or Airtable.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
