1. When booking a package from a tour company, always ask whether jeep charges are separate, so that the company cannot deceive you later.
2. Always verify the package price. For example, if a package normally costs 10,000 and a DTS-licensed company is offering it for 15,000, ask what additional services are included and why it is more expensive. This higher price can be beneficial for you, as a difference of 3,000–4,000 can significantly affect service quality. Choosing a cheaper option may ruin your tour and result in poor services.
3. Always travel with a company that holds a DTS license, and verify it through NADRA’s website. Do not rely only on NTN or SECP registration when selecting a travel company.
4. Obtain complete information about hotels. During the snow season, always select deluxe accommodations to ensure 24/7 hot water and heated rooms.
5. Make your booking at least two weeks in advance so the operator cannot make excuses such as changing hotels due to non-availability.
6. Always send advance payment to the company’s official account or the owner’s account, obtain a receipt, and carefully verify the cancellation policy.
