Pir Chinasi is a shrine and a tourist destination located about 30 kilometers east of Muzaffarabad, the capital city of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. It is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.900m (9,500ft) above the sea level. As the road twists and turns around the edges, the nooks and corners present lush greenery that almost seems pristine. From each angle, you get a different view of the Muzaffarabad valley; its people, and the lives they live. The peak is also covered in thick snow for most of the year but because of the properly-paved road, is never short of tourists.

Moreover, if Police or other Law Enforcement Agencies find any of illegal drugs in the possession of a participant, He/she alone will be responsible and Rasta Travel & Tours will not be liable to answer on their behalf.
โข Rasta Travel & Tours would expect the participant will not physically or verbally harm any other fellow traveler during the journey and at the venue throughout the tour.
โข Rasta Travel & Tours would expect the participant to not humiliate/ harass any traveler whether male or female throughout the tour. In case of any such occurrence, it would be the responsibility of fellow travelers to report such occurrences ASAP. Rasta Travel & Tours reserves the right to take strict action against the culprit.
โข Rasta Travel & Tours would expect the participant to not bring any firearm on the tour. If any such item is found during checking by the police, the participant alone will be responsible for that and answerable to Police.
โข Rasta Travel & Tours reserves the right to take control of the situation if any disturbance occurs throughout the tour.
โข Rasta Travel & Tours will not be responsible for delays in the planned times occurring due to traffic jams, land-sliding, malfunction of vehicles, or any unforeseen circumstance
โข Rasta Travel & Tours would expect the participant to bring appropriate clothing as per the weather conditions of the destination.
โข Rasta Travel & Tours would not be responsible for any natural or mechanical issue i-e Land sliding, accident, or other related events.
