The Faisal Mosque in Islamabad, is a landmark building completed in 1986, designed by Turkish architect Vedat Dalokay. Inspired by a Bedouin tent, it was funded by King Faisal of Saudi Arabia ($120–$130 million) and features four 90-meter minarets. It is among the largest in the world, accommodating over 100,000 worshippers.
Located a short distance from Faisal Mosque, Damn E Koh offers a vantage point from which one can enjoy an eagle's view of Islamabad and also observe Faisal Mosque from an elevated perspective.
