یہ علاقہ خنجراب نیشنل پارک میں شامل ہے، جہاں قدرتی حسن کے ساتھ ساتھ نایاب جنگلی حیات بھی پائی جاتی ہے۔ یہاں برفانی چیتا، مارخور اور ہمالیائی ریچھ جیسے جانور رہتے ہیں، جو اس جگہ کو اور بھی خاص بناتے ہیں۔
سردیوں میں یہاں کا درجہ حرارت -40°C تک گر جاتا ہے، جس کی وجہ سے یہ راستہ کئی مہینوں تک بند رہتا ہے۔ لیکن جب موسم کھلتا ہے تو سیاحوں کی بڑی تعداد یہاں کا رخ کرتی ہے تاکہ اس قدرتی حسن کو قریب سے دیکھ سکیں۔
