🏔 Spantik Peak Overview
Height: 7,027 meters (23,054 ft)
Also known as: Golden Peak (due to its golden appearance at sunrise and sunset).
Spantik is popular among climbers because it is one of the more accessible 7,000-meter peaks in the Karakoram. It offers a technically challenging but less dangerous climb compared to other giants like K2 or Nanga Parbat.
⛰ Climbing Route (South-East Ridge – Standard Route)
The South-East Ridge is the normal and safest route. It is long but not extremely technical,
Typical Climbing Itinerary:
1. Base Camp (4,300 m) – Located on the Chogo Lungma Glacier.
2. Camp I (5,100 m) – A long glacier walk, moderate crevasses.
3. Camp II (5,600 m) – Reached by crossing steep snow slopes and ice.
4. Camp III (6,300 m) – Positioned on the ridge; requires climbing ice slopes up to 40–50°.

Naltar Pass Trek, Where Valleys Whisper and Peaks Watch in Silence 🏔️

The Naltar Pass Trek takes you through some of the most breathtaking and lesser-known landscapes of northern Pakistan. Starting from the emerald green forests and glacial streams of Naltar Valley, the trail gradually climbs into a high-altitude world of rugged ridges, alpine lakes, and snowfields.

As you move deeper into the valley, the terrain shifts — pine-covered hills give way to wide open meadows, rocky paths, and glacier-fed rivers. Wildflowers bloom along the trail in summer, while ibex and marmots often appear in the quieter stretches.
