We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team in Islamabad. If you have experience in accounting, invoicing, payment collection, ledger management, and financial reporting, we’d like to hear from you.
Position:
Billing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily accounting operations
✅ Prepare invoices and ensure timely payment collection
✅ Maintain ledgers and reconcile bank statements
✅ Manage receivables, payables, and cash flow
✅ Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
✅ Coordinate with clients and departments on billing matters
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ 3–5 years of relevant experience
✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP, and Excel
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
