FYI, and strict compliance.


With reference to the new Policy from Dubai Immigration, from today onwards you are humbly requested NOT to send or post any tourist visa applications for the visitors who are getting house maid, driver, painter , cleaner, helper, labour , cook, etc employment visas while they are inside UAE on Tourist Visas. Also for all the cases that are already inside the UAE, please have them exit to their home country or Oman and then process their employment applications (house maid, driver, painter , cleaner, helper, labour , cook, etc). We have been strictly informed that any case related to such matter will lead to closure of the immigration card along with penalties which will be approximately AED 20,000 to 50,000. Whereas, 3 temporary closures will cause a permanent revocation of our visas quota.
If we find any such case, we will be charging AED 20,000 to 50,000 the agent who applied for the visa.
Please note the following potential nationalities that are strictly being under observation by GDRFA:

• Philippines
• Indonesia
• Sri Lanka
• Indian
• Pakistani

If these nationalities are coming to tourist visa please check the all the details before you apply the visa.

We request you to kindly treat this matter very seriously from onwards.
