He belongs to Johi City, District Dadu, and has over 14 years of experience in tourism and hospitality. He is currently associated with Gorakh Restaurant and Family Resort and is also the owner of the renowned JJ Restaurant on Dadu Bypass. With a clear vision for growth, he aims to establish a strong and sustainable hotel chain.

مکلی کا عظیم قبرستان – پتھروں میں چھپی داستانیں !

مکلی کا قبرستان صرف قبروں کا ایک سلسلہ نہیں بلکہ ایک ایسا تاریخی اور روحانی جہاں ہے جہاں پتھر بھی زبان رکھتے ہیں۔ صدیوں پرانی یہ قبریں اپنی جاذبِ نظر تراش خراش اور نازک نقش و نگار کے باعث دیکھنے والے کو حیرت و سحر میں مبتلا کر دیتی ہیں۔
ہر قبر ایک کہانی سناتی ہے، کبھی بادشاہوں کی شان و شوکت کی، کبھی ولیوں کی عظمت کی، اور کبھی فنکاروں کی ہنرمندی کی۔

برسوں گزر جانے کے باوجود ان قبروں کی تراشیدگی اور نقش و نگار کی چمک آج بھی ویسی ہی جاذب نظر ہے جیسے وقت نے اسے تھمایا تھا۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ مکلی کو دنیا کے سب سے بڑے قبرستانوں میں شمار کیا جاتا ہے اور یونیسکو کے عالمی ورثے کا حصہ بھی ہے۔

مکلی قبرستان کی تاریخ

مکلی قبرستان دنیا کے سب سے بڑے تاریخی قبرستانوں میں شمار ہوتا ہے۔ یہ سندھ کے شہر ٹھٹہ کے قریب واقع ہے۔

اس کا قیام تقریباً 14ویں صدی میں ہوا اور یہاں پر مختلف ادوار کے حکمران، صوفی بزرگ، علماء اور دیگر اہم شخصیات دفن ہیں۔

یہاں تقریباً 5 سے 10 لاکھ قبریں ہیں جن پر فنِ تعمیر کے شاندار نمونے موجود ہیں۔

مقبروں اور قبروں میں سما، ارغون، ترخان اور مغل دور کے آثار موجود ہیں، جن پر سنگ تراشی اور نقاشی اپنی مثال آپ ہے۔

1981 میں یونیسکو نے اسے عالمی ثقافتی ورثہ (World Heritage Site) قرار دیا۔
