To book your seat:
- 50% Payment in Advance at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% before 3-4 days of tour departure.
Refund Policy:
Below refund policy will be followed if members decided to cancel his participation even after payment.
50% deduction if informed of cancellation 4 days earlier.
75% deduction if informed of cancellation 2 days earlier
After that 100% payment will be deducted.
Terms and Conditions:
β’ Minimum number to carry out a trip is 7-8, in case a trip is called off by us due to low registration. The members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
β’ Every member must keep his/her CNIC.
β’ Members should report 15 minutes before departure time.
β’ Photographs taken on the tour are the sole property of Beacon Tours
β’ Member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, we can cancel his/her trip at any time.
β’ We are not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
β’ We are not responsible for the loss of any kind of valuable item.
β’ No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
β’ No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accident, flat tires, engine failure or other vehicle mal-function e.t.c.
β’ We can cancel a booking at any time.
β’ Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
β’ SOP's proposed by Govt. will be highly followed throughout the trip.
