Travelport Pakistan recently conducted a Joint Workshop Session with Qatar Airways in Lahore, bringing together travel trade professionals for an informative and engaging session.

The workshop focused on Qatar Airways’ Independence Day Offer available through NDC, featuring a special 25% discount, along with detailed discussions on NDC policies, the Qatar Airways Portal, and STPC.

Representing Qatar Airways, the presentation was delivered by Mr. Abubakar Shahid – Senior Account Manager, Lahore; Mr. Khawaja Ali – Account Manager, Lahore; and Mr. Hamza Shafqat – Account Manager, Lahore.

From Travelport Pakistan, Ms. Ashi Saleem – Senior Helpdesk/Trainer conducted a detailed session covering Qatar Airways NDC bookings, Smartpoint V12, and Branded Fares in the presence of Mr. Khurram Tufail - Regional Manager Central.

The workshop concluded on a celebratory note with a Happy Independence Day cake-cutting ceremony.

Travelport Pakistan recently conducted a Joint Workshop Session with Qatar Airways in Islamabad, bringing together travel trade professionals for an informative and engaging learning experience.

The session aimed to provide travel agents with valuable insights into Qatar Airways’ latest offerings, including routes and schedules, the Independence Promotion, STPC, and detailed guidance on refund and reissuance policies.

The workshop also covered key Travelport+ functionalities, including exchanges, reissues and refunds, Smartpoint V12, as well as the Independence Promotion available through Qatar Airways NDC on Travelport+.

Representing Qatar Airways, the presentation was delivered by Ms. Shama Javed – Senior Account Manager, Islamabad, and Ms. Nida Asif – Account Manager, Islamabad.

From Travelport Pakistan, the session was conducted by Mr. Shuja Baig – Senior Sales Executive (Islamabad), in the presence of Mr. Mubasshir Hassan – Regional Manager North.
