Pakistani travelers planning to visit Turkiye must secure a valid visa before their journey, as entry into Turkiye will not be permitted without one. Turkiye has become a highly popular destination among tourists worldwide, attracting visitors with its unique blend of historic landmarks, luxurious resorts, and a variety of entertainment options.

To obtain a Turkish visit visa, Pakistani citizens are required to submit their applications through an authorized Anatolia Visa Application Center. The visa application process mandates a comprehensive set of documents, including recent bank statements to demonstrate financial stability, valid health insurance, recent photographs, biometric fingerprints, as well as a detailed travel itinerary, covering flight and hotel bookings. All documents must meet Turkish embassy requirements to ensure smooth processing.

Turkiye Visit Visa Fees for Pakistani Citizens

The Turkish government has set the visa fees for Pakistani nationals in US dollars. However, payments are only accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and must be made in cash. The fees are calculated based on the exchange rate announced by the State Bank of Pakistan from the previous day, making the cost subject to daily fluctuations. It is important to note that these visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.

As of November 7, the rate for a single-entry visa to Turkiye is set at $60, while the fee for a multiple-entry visa is $190. Based on the current exchange rate of one US dollar equaling Rs278.4, this translates to a fee of approximately Rs16,704 for a single-entry visa and Rs52,896 for a multiple-entry visa.

Additional Service Charges at Anatolia Visa Application Centers

In addition to the standard visa fees, applicants are required to pay a service fee to the Anatolia Visa Application Center. These fees vary depending on the level of service chosen. For a standard visa application, the service charge is set at $65, which is equivalent to around Rs18,096 based on the latest exchange rate. Applicants seeking a faster, VIP processing service will need to pay $80, or approximately Rs22,272. These service charges are also non-refundable.

Increasing Popularity of Turkiye as a Travel Destination

Turkiye continues to rank high on travel lists due to its vast cultural heritage, captivating landscapes, and extensive tourism infrastructure. With cities like Istanbul, Antalya, and Cappadocia offering experiences that range from ancient architecture to luxury beach resorts and vibrant marketplaces, Pakistani tourists are increasingly choosing Turkiye as a travel destination. The country’s historical connections and relatively straightforward visa process add to its appeal for Pakistani travelers.

As the demand for Turkish visas grows, the Anatolia Visa Application Centers play a critical role in facilitating this process. Given the various documentation requirements and service fee structure, travelers are advised to prepare all necessary documents and fees ahead of time to avoid any potential delays.
