WE ARE HIRING
We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented OEP Company Manager to lead our international recruitment operations besides local as per client requirements. The ideal candidate will take absolute ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from securing foreign employer demands to final candidate deployment, while ensuring strict compliance with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
🏛️ Government Compliance & Liaison
* Manage all operations under the Emigration Ordinance 1979 and BEOE rules.
* Handle complete documentation for Foreign Service Agreements and secure fast-track approvals from the Protectorate of Emigrant.
* Oversee mandatory candidate steps, including medical, training/ tests, briefings, insurance and verifications.
* Protect the agency’s license by proactively managing renewals, performance bonds, and regulatory audits.
🤝 Client & Demand Management
* Act as the primary focal point for foreign delegates, HR heads, and international employers (Gulf, Europe, etc.).
* Verify the authenticity of incoming job demands, visas, and power of attorney documents before processing.
* Coordinate trade testing, venue setups, and interview schedules for visiting foreign delegation teams.
🚀 Sourcing & Operations
* Design and execute targeted candidate sourcing strategies across print, digital, and sub-agent networks.
* Oversee screening, interviewing, medical clearance (GAMCA), and biometric verification processes.
* Supervise ticketing, visa stamping logistics, and pre-departure briefings to minimize candidate dropout rates.
Qualifications Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, LLB, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven track record as an OEP Manager or Assistant Manager with active networks in the industry.
* Regulatory Expertise: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of BEOE portals, POE clearance workflows, and labor laws of destination countries (especially Gulf and Europe etc).
* Skills: Excellent negotiation, command over professional communication, and strong crisis management skills.
* Network: Pre-existing relationships with trade testing centers, medical centers, and sub-agents across Pakistan is highly preferred.
