• Children aged 5–10 years: 50% charges apply
• Children above 10 years: Full charges apply
• Seats will be confirmed after advance payment.
• Hotel rooms will be allocated on a sharing basis.
• Tour schedule may be adjusted due to weather, road, or administrative conditions.
• In case of road blockage, landslides, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances causing the tour to extend beyond the planned itinerary, all additional expenses including accommodation, meals, transportation, and other related costs shall be borne by the participants.
• Management reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational or safety reasons.
• No refund will be applicable after the booking deadline.
• Participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour management throughout the trip.
