Pakistan's new digital handcuffs are here! Thanks to our 'brilliant' government, we're now experiencing internet speeds that would make a dial-up connection blush. This so-called 'firewall' is more like a chokehold on our digital lives.

IT offices, software houses, and e-commerce businesses are on the brink. Freelancers, who were already struggling, are now staring into the abyss. And let's not forget the countless students and researchers who rely on the internet for education.

We're talking about a staggering $300 million loss (Ref. Startup Pakistan), but the government seems blissfully unaware or simply doesn't care. Ministers, wake up! This is not about 'security'; it's about control and stifling innovation.

Our digital future is at stake. Whoever is behind this disastrous decision should rethink.
