Our Terms & Conditions are strictly followed and applied. We encourage you to read and agree with them carefully before booking a trip with us.
Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form along with thumb impression. (Mandatory)
• On the spot payment is not receivable
• Every member must carry his/her original CNIC.
• Member should have to report 30 minutes before departure time
• Only a 10 Kg bag per person is allowed & every member is responsible for his/her own baggage, and has to carry his/her own luggage
• Each member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members; Otherwise the Company can cancel his/her membership at any time
• FL&BT is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents, However, general first aid will be provided
• FL&BT is not responsible for loss of any kind of valuable item
• FL&BT reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
• During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such situations, the organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
• On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioners of the buses will be operational on on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
• Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
• No drugs or alcohol will be entertained, members should avoid from all sort of illegal and unethical stuff
• Littering is strictly prohibited
UNDERTAKING BY EVERY MEMBER:
• I understand the above terms and conditions of the Tour and that the adventure / outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall raise any compensation from Family Leisure Tours.
