4. Bank statement of last 03 months of the applicant & Bank Maintenance With Stamp (FRESH) & Balance with 7 lakhs minimum in the account.
5- Polio Certificate
6- 03 months salary slips and employment letter (if employ )
7. All visa copies A4 SIZE
8. FRC & MRC (Family Registration Certificate) must
