The Agency shall arrange travel related services (including air-tickets, hotel reservations, transit/tourist visas, all ground arrangements during the fairs and business travels from Pakistan Escorted Transfers, seminars, meetings and congresses, Tailor-made programs (Cultural Tours, Pilgrimage, Business Travel, etc as per client's specific requirements). Car Rentals, VIP services, Optional Tours, Aside from normal tours, etc.) For the Company according to and in conformity with the requirements of the Company communicated to the Agency by and to authorized/nominated representatives of either party from time to time.
