On the date 03-08-2025, under the chairmanship of the co-founder of Shah Latif Scouts, Dr. Hafiz Gulab Moriyo, a planned program was held at RT Hotel Larkana regarding the improvement and organization of the group led by President Mr. Shafique Zulfiqar Shahani. The program was attended by Chairman of the Supreme Council Mr. Muhammad Rakhiyal Bhutto, senior scouts, current body office bearers, and also the founder of Universal Group Larkana, Mr. Ustad Gul Muhammad Dayo, along with his entire team.
After this, the program formally began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Regarding the program, the group’s co-founder Dr. Hafiz Gulab Moriyo welcomed the founder of Universal Group Mr. Ustad Gul Muhammad Dayo, draped in the Sindhi culture’s Ajrak.
After that, the founder of Universal Group began his speech with poetry of Latif and said that in his group’s general meeting, he has made a heartfelt decision to announce the unconditional merger of Universal Group Larkana along with all colleagues into the Shah Latif Scouts Group Larkana. Addressing all colleagues, he expressed sincere gratitude to the group’s president Mr. Shafique Zulfiqar Shahani, who for two continuous years has encouraged strengthening the Shah Latif Scouts group by keeping his team in continuous contact with them, which has led to today’s meeting—where a fundamental decision was also made.
In this regard, he further said that ten years ago, he separated from Shah Latif Scouts to form a separate group, but now he is completely ending that and requesting reinstatement of membership for himself and his 236 group members into Shah Latif Scouts. He and all members of his group have full trust in the entire team of the president of Shah Latif Scouts.
On this, the co-founder of Shah Latif Scouts, Honorable Dr. Hafiz Gulab Mauriyo, Chairman of the Supreme Council Honorable Muhammad Rakhiyal Bhutto, and all group colleagues welcomed the Universal Group colleagues warmly upon joining the group.
Afterward, all members present submitted their membership forms to the Joint Secretary General of the group, Faraz Shaikh.
