"SHAME ON PIA! 🚨 As a travel agent, I'm FED UP with the blatant DISRESPECT shown by towards its passengers! 😡 Downgrading business class tickets to economy without notice is UNACCEPTABLE and a clear BREACH of trust! 🛫️

PIA's lack of communication and customer care is APPALLING! How can an airline claim to serve the people of Pakistan when they can't even respect their own customers' bookings?! 🤷‍♂️

I DEMAND an explanation and immediate resolution from PIA for this SHABBY treatment of passengers! Let's make some noise and hold PIA accountable for their actions!
