چر ٹنگے آبشار، جسے مقامی طور پر ماچار آبشار بھی کہا جاتا ہے، ضلع شانگلہ کے صدر مقام الپوری سے تقریباً 7 کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر واقع ہے۔ یہ آبشار سوات-بشام روڈ پر واقع ہے، جس کی وجہ سے یہاں تک رسائی آسان ہے۔ خوازہ خیلہ سے یہاں پہنچنے میں تقریباً 45 منٹ لگتے ہیں۔ یہ مقام آسمانی موڑ/شانگلہ ٹاپ کے بعد دوسرا اہم سیاحتی مقام ہے۔

یہ آبشار ایک بلند پہاڑی سے نیچے گرتی ہے، جس کا نظارہ نہایت دلکش ہوتا ہے۔ اردگرد کے سرسبز میدان اور گھنے درخت اس کی خوبصورتی کو مزید بڑھا دیتے ہیں۔ اس آبشار کا بہاؤ مئی سے اگست کے درمیان اپنے عروج پر ہوتا ہے، جبکہ ستمبر سے اپریل کے وسط تک اس کا پانی کم ہو جاتا ہے۔

چر ٹنگے آبشار کو باقاعدہ سیاحتی مقام بنانے کے لیے مقامی حکومت کی جانب سے فنڈز منظور کیے گئے ہیں تاکہ یہاں سہولیات مہیا کی جا سکیں۔ اس علاقے میں چر ٹنگے کے علاوہ کئی اور خوبصورت مقامات بھی دیکھنے کے قابل ہیں، جیسے شانگلہ ٹاپ، جو ضلع کا بلند ترین مقام ہے، یختنگے کا خوبصورت پہاڑی علاقہ، اور بشام، جو ایک اہم تجارتی مرکز ہے۔

اگر آپ اس مقام کی سیر کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں تو مئی سے اگست کا وقت سب سے بہتر ہے کیونکہ اس دوران موسم خوشگوار ہوتا ہے اور آبشار کا بہاؤ زیادہ ہوتا ہے۔

گلگت بلتستان میں لاپتہ ہونے والے 4 نوجوانوں کی گاڑی مل گئی ہے استک نالے کے قریب۔۔

گجرات سے تعلق رکھنے والے چار لاپتہ سیاحوں کا ایک ہفتے بعد سراغ ملا گیا ۔
گمشدہ سیاحوں کی گاڑی استک نالہ کے قریب ایکسڈنٹ ہوکر دریا کے کنارے موجود ہے ۔ٹورسٹ پولیس گلگت بلتستان ،ریسکیو 1122 اور انتظامیہ جائے وقوعہ پر موجود ہیں۔ریسکیو کا عمل جاری ہے۔
گلگت سکردو روڑ میں گنجی پڑی کے مقام پر سیاحوں کی گاڑی حادثے کا شکار ھوئی ھے مقامی پولیس کے مطابق چاروں سیاحوں کی لاشوں کو دیکھایا جاسکتا ہے تااہم گاڑی تک پہنچنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ھے ۔
