The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud’s Ramadan 1447/2026 Address:
“In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
All praise is due to Allah, Who says in His Noble Book:
“O you who believe, fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may attain righteousness.”
And peace and blessings be upon His trustworthy Messenger, and upon his family and companions all.
My brothers and sisters — citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Muslims around the world —
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
We congratulate you on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, during which the gates of Paradise are opened, and within which is a night better than a thousand months. We ask Allah Almighty to help us in fasting, standing in prayer, and performing acts of obedience.
We praise Allah, the Most High, for the honor He has bestowed upon our blessed country in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors among pilgrims, Umrah performers, and worshippers. With Allah’s help, we continue upon this steadfast path that the kings of this nation have followed.
O Muslims,
The month of Ramadan is a great opportunity to purify souls, perform righteous deeds, strengthen compassion and solidarity, and give thanks to Allah Almighty for His visible and hidden blessings.
We ask Allah to bless us in this noble month, to accept our good deeds, to preserve for our country its security and prosperity, and to grant our brothers and sisters in Palestine, the Muslim Ummah, and the entire world peace and stability.
Peace and mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you.”
