All DOM & INTL stations are hereby advised to caution all their Agents to ensure FAIR USE of the HITIT SYSTEM.

If Main Agent/ or any one or all of his sub agents, is/are found engaged in Robotic Activity/excessive misuse of HITIT system, they shall be penalized immediately, as per applicable RIM Policy of PIA, in addition to being immediately de-linked from the System.

Robotic activity slows down the System & also prevents PK sales by genuine users. This aspect needs to be taken very seriously, so plz ensure compliance.

Dear All,
Hitit team report that agent are misusing system making again and again availability requests in short time which block the Hitit data base.
It is a serious violation of sop and agent doing such practice will be delink immediately with heavy fine.
Please advise your all staff and your sub I'd agents to refrain from such practice.
