My stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Durban Umhlanga was truly a pleasant and comfortable experience, perfectly complemented by its prime location in the heart of uMhlanga. The hotel offers easy access to the beach, nearby attractions, and vibrant surroundings, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

What stood out the most was the professionalism and warmth of the team. A special mention to Ms. Naveshni at the Reception, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and ensured a smooth check-in experience. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

I would also like to appreciate the Assistant Housekeeping Manager for taking my constructive feedback in such a positive and professional manner. It is always encouraging to see a team that values guest input and continuously strives to improve.

Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service, great location, and a team that genuinely cares. Looking forward to visiting again.
