A Sincere Apology & Wildlife Awareness

Recently, a video was posted on our social media account showing a marmot in Deosai being fed by tourists. At the time, I was not aware of the post. As soon as I saw it, I immediately had the video removed.

From a wildlife conservation perspective, feeding wild animals is completely wrong and can negatively affect their natural behavior and well-being. We sincerely acknowledge this mistake and apologize to everyone who may have been disappointed or concerned by the video.

We also want to use this opportunity to request all tourists and visitors to never feed wildlife. Please observe animals from a safe distance, respect their natural habitat, and help protect the beauty and wildlife of Deosai for future generations.

We are truly sorry for this mistake and will ensure that our team is properly guided so that such an incident does not happen again from our side.
