Spanish hunter Cristian Abello hunted a 42-inch Kashmir Markhor at the Gahirat Goleen Conservancy in Chitral, obtaining the permit by paying $219,000.
As per the community-based conservation programme, 80% of the permit fee will directly benefit the local community, supporting conservation efforts and development initiatives in the locality.
