Khosar Gang

Elevation: There is some discrepancy regarding its exact height. Official records list it at approximately 6,400 meters, but climbers often report it to be around 6,040 meters.

Location: The mountain is situated about 45 kilometers from Skardu, near the village of Sildi, on the left bank of the Braldo River.

Climbing Season: The most favorable time to climb Khosar Gang is during the summer months, particularly in July, when weather conditions are more stable.

Climbing Difficulty: Khosar Gang is considered one of the more accessible 6,000-meter peaks in the Karakoram, making it suitable for beginner climbers. The ascent involves icy and rocky sections but is generally less technically challenging compared to other peaks in the region.
