Phunjo Jhangmu Lama set a world record by becoming the fastest woman to climb Mount Everest, reaching the summit from Everest Base Camp (EBC) in just 14 hours and 31 minutes on May 23, 2024.

By reclaiming her title, she demonstrated extraordinary endurance, strength, and determination in one of the world’s toughest mountaineering challenges.
