Position: Travel Advisor - Group Coordinator

Your responsibilities:
· E-mail and telephone B2B customer service in English and German.
· Building long-term relationships with customers.
· Managing reservations at hotels, restaurants, etc.
· Monitoring the correct ex*****on of orders.
· Obtaining the necessary accounting documents proving the implementation of individual orders.
· Creating texts in English and German for marketing purposes (social media, company website).
Our expectations:
· Very good command of English and German enabling easy communication (C1 or C2 level) - a necessary condition.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Free writing and editorial skills that allow you to create simple content for the company's website and corporate social channels.
· Ability to work under time pressure.
Optional:
· Experience in sales or customer service.
· Knowledge of additional languages.
