✨ Inspiring morning at KRAKÓW NETWORK at ICE Kraków Congress Centre!
The October edition focused on premium tourism in Krakow, from customer expectations and destination positioning to opportunities for growth within the high-end MICE and leisure segments.
The program featured expert presentations and a lively discussion panel with representatives from Krakow’s hospitality, gastronomy, and event sectors - exploring whether Krakow can truly be called a premium destination and what steps are needed to strengthen this image.
It was a great opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and get inspired by the people shaping the city’s future in tourism and events.
Our partners are looking for premium, authentic experiences - and that’s exactly what JAN-POL DMC Poland delivers in Krakow and beyond. 🌍

Meet Kraków & Małopolska – New York / Chicago
JAN-POL DMC Poland had the pleasure to take part in the travel trade workshops held in New York and Chicago as part of the economic mission “Meet Kraków & Małopolska – New York / Chicago.”
Wonderfully organized by the Kraków Tourism Alliance. , the events brought together numerous representatives of the American travel industry – tour operators, MICE agents, and airline partners. It was a great opportunity to showcase the offer of Kraków, Małopolska, and all of Poland, and to hold many inspiring meetings with potential business partners.
Sincere thanks to the Kraków Tourism Alliance for the excellent organization and support, and to all participants for their openness and engagement.
The project was co-financed by the Małopolska Region.

At JAN-POL DMC Poland, we know how important it is to deliver events in places we trust.
On invitation from Holiday Inn Gdansk - City Centre , Kinga Sankowska and Agnieszka Czepczyńska took part in an inspiring fam trip for MICE and leisure professionals. The hotel, with its central location and excellent facilities, is a great fit for both business clients and tourist groups.
The program included a welcome cocktail, a tour of the hotel’s event spaces, and visits to nearby venues ideal for meetings, cultural extensions, and networking activities.
A bit of fun and relaxation was also part of the experience, ending with a scenic cruise — a perfect way to take in the spirit of the city from the water.
We know Gdańsk well — it’s a destination we work in often, with deep history and real potential for exceptional events. That’s why we take the time to check the quality and build lasting partnerships.
