Each apartment offers a smart use of space, with private outdoor areas to enhance daily living. 🌿
Located near the prestigious Hotel Schloss Seefels, the complex consists of five buildings dedicated to housing the hotel’s team.
Our goal was to create a peaceful, well-connected living environment for those who bring the hotel’s exceptional service to life.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Wörth, the project fosters a beautiful balance between work and leisure. 🧘‍♀️

Project- Throwback - Details

We love it when design meets purpose. On this project, we installed a shutter system from international company , known worldwide for their shading expertise.

The facade shutters add visual interest while cleverly controlling light inside the building. Beautiful and smart! ✨💡

The story of Petzvalgasse 4.

We had the incredible opportunity to redesign a building that lost its entire façade after being bombed during the war.

One of the biggest challenges? Piecing together archival records and matching them with the building’s current condition—all while construction was already in progress! It was a dynamic process, and close collaboration with the general contractor was key to making it happen. 💡👷‍♂️

Petz isn’t just about a beautifully renovated façade and impressive interiors—it also boasts a top-notch location right next to the central railway station! 🚆 A few luxury flats are still available—don’t miss your chance to make one yours! 😉✨

From blueprint to reality!

We may be a little late with our first post of the year, but here we are to spread some great news. So, we are beyond proud and thrilled to announce the completion of our project - Am Freihof! 🏢👏

Nestled on the eastern side of the Danube, our building brings together elegance and comfort with the great connection to the city center of Vienna. Featuring two residential buildings with 18 modern flats and two compact townhouses, each flat or house featured with spatious garden or balcony.

We hope the future inhabitants will enjoy the final effect as much as we do!

FORM A. Projects: Hack 43

Some projects are truly extraordinary and unforgettable—and Hack is one of them.

Nestled in the lush green areas of Vienna and surrounded by stunning vineyard landscapes, this housing estate presented both incredible challenges and immense satisfaction to complete. Hack features 16 luxurious villas perched on a steep hill, each equipped with outdoor pool, sauna, movable façade, and an array of premium amenities. The unique location and exceptional design earned the estate the fitting name given by our client: The Unique.

Although primarily a residential project, the demanding terrain and collaboration with numerous subcontractors made this endeavor both complex and rewarding. The estate is now complete, and we look forward to sharing more insights about this architectural gem in the future.
