Today at Mazurkas Travel, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from VHM Hotel Management and SATORIA Group SA, who presented the full portfolio of their hotels in Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Gdańsk, Olsztyn, Białystok, and by the Polish seaside.

They showed us the wide range of possibilities their properties offer, both for tourist groups and for the MICE sector. It was a very enjoyable and inspiring meeting, and they surprised us with delicious snacks from o3Hotel in Warsaw — a truly wonderful start to the day.

✨ 𝐊𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐨́𝐰 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧! ✨

The Mazurkas Travel Team has just returned from an intensive three-day study tour in Kraków, where we explored a selection of new, exceptional venues—perfect for organizing scientific congresses and conferences.

Each location impressed us not only with excellent conference facilities, but also with dedicated exhibition spaces and opportunities for sponsor presentations, all complemented by outstanding catering that elevates every event experience.

We also reviewed the offer of Kraków hotels from the perspective of leisure and group travel, which—as always—ensure the highest standards of comfort and service for all guests.

Of course, there was also time for culinary discoveries—we had the pleasure of enjoying outstanding local cuisine in several remarkable restaurants 🍽️

Our program was enriched with inspiring experiences:
🔸 a guided walk through the atmospheric Kazimierz district
🔸 a visit to a Christmas ornaments factory, where we painted our own decorations during workshops (even with Easter just around the corner, we’re already inspired for creative ideas!)

In honor of Self-Love Day ❤️ today and with Valentine’s Day ❤️ tomorrow, our company invited us to step away from our desks and into a space of calm and care. We shared a beautiful yoga session followed by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

The gentle vibrations filled the room with peaceful energy — helping to calm the mind, relieve tension, and even support healing by creating a sense of inner balance and harmony.

What made it even more special was that the joga session was led by our amazing colleague Marta Kicler, who created such a warm and grounding atmosphere for all of us. Truly inspiring. 💫

Grateful to be part of a workplace that encourages not only productivity, but also self-love, well-being, and connection. 💚

🇵🇱🍩 𝐅𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 – 𝐓ł𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐳𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞! 🍩🇵🇱

Today in Poland we celebrate one of the sweetest traditions of the year – Tłusty Czwartek (Fat Thursday)! 🎉

On this special day, just before Lent begins, everyone enjoys delicious Polish doughnuts called pączki and crispy faworki. According to tradition, whoever doesn’t eat at least one pączek today might not have good luck for the rest of the year… so we’re not taking any chances! 😉

And because we love sharing good traditions (and even better sweets!), we are having a Fat Thursday degustation in our office today! 🍩✨

Expect plenty of classic rose-filled pączki, maybe some chocolate, custard, and other delicious surprises. It’s the perfect excuse to take a sweet break, enjoy some Polish culture, and celebrate together.

The 12th International Microwave and Radar Week (MRW) is an international conference focused on modern technologies — microwaves, radar systems, and the future of communication. It brings together scientists, experts, and technology enthusiasts from all over the world.
