👍Last week, we had the wonderful opportunity to join a fam trip to , kindly organized by Ewelina Lubas and Magda Zawadzka from Grupa Hotelowa PI Apartamenty&Hotele. This hotel group offers five stunning properties, most of them boutique, each with its own unique character—perfect for incentive clients looking for something truly special.

💡Among them, there is also a large conference hotel under the AC Marriott brand, ideal for bigger events.

👌All properties share a commitment to the highest standards, with interiors that are modern, stylish, and full of personality—ranging from industrial chic to elegant Art Deco. Everywhere you look, art and design details catch your eye, and the culinary experiences are equally impressive, with talented chefs creating absolutely delicious dishes.

As in Barcelona comes to the end, we’re wrapping up three incredibly productive days at the event. We held 45 meetings with potential clients - all with one goal: to spark the interest in hosting their next event in Poland. 🇵🇱✨

One clear trend emerged from our conversations: Southern Europe continues to dominate planners’ preferences. Yet remains a remarkable and increasingly recognized destination. We held a dozen or so very promising conversations and have received a number of detailed inquiries. ✅

IBTM is also a place to reconnect with friends and colleagues from the industry around the world. Lovely meeting you All!🙏👍

All in all, Poland quickly proves to be the perfect stage for unforgettable events - and with every detail is delivered with excellence. 🤝🇵🇱

💡Not just incentives: Group travel projects can be challenging too!

👍Just yesterday, we wrapped up an large-scale group travel project in for an Austrian client, involving 1,400 participants divided into four groups of more than 300 people, each staying for 7 days in one of city's hotels. It started on September 20th and included daily tours of Kraków as well as Katowice, Częstochowa, and Zakopane, with every group taking part in the grand finale program called “Country and People”, featuring a folk performance and local specialties.

🏆 It was a logistical —but our team made it happen!

🤨So, what actually sets a group travel project apart from an incentive project?

📍 group: Everyone wants to see the sights, take photos, maybe try the local pastry, and follow a full but predictable schedule.
📍 group: Everyone expects unforgettable experiences, VIP treatment, and surprises around every corner, with a schedule that is full… but with a twist!

🔗Conclusion: Both demand exceptional planning and organizational skills, with an incentive group calling for a little extra magic. Success in any project, depends on careful planning, flexibility, great team and strong collaboration with local service providers and partners. The human factor played an incredibly important role here!

Take Warsaw to New Heights!

🎉Yesterday marked the grand opening of , the highest viewing terrace in the European Union. Located on the 53rd floor, 230 meters above the ground, this terrace in the tallest building in the EU offers a 360° panoramic view of . This is the sixth location in the portfolio of Magnicity, a company specializing in above-the-city attractions.

🌃The experience began with an exhibition showcasing the soul of the city, telling the stories of its most famous buildings, iconic places, and historical figures.

🎆The event featured stunning lighting, live outdoor music, dancers, actors in costumes, and unique animations. Guests also enjoyed a touch of luxury on the 46th floor in Highgarden – a Rooftop Lounge with a real garden – sampling world-class Polish caviar, luxury vodka, champagne, and beautifully crafted finger foods.

👌The opening of Highline was a perfect opportunity for networking, celebrating with industry friends, and experiencing Warsaw from a truly unique perspective.

June was all about !

👌This stunning city absolutely dominated our calendar last month when it comes to incentive projects – and for a good reason. Gdańsk never fails to surprise and delight our clients!

What makes it so special?
✅A bright and welcoming city vibe

✅Great food experiences and warm hospitality

🔺Our guests enjoyed a mix of exciting activities both in Gdańsk and the nearby resort town of Sopot – from thrilling high-speed RIB rides and yacht regattas to kayaking starting from the historic post-shipyard area, winding through the city center, along with solar boat trips and scenic coastal biking. All this was perfectly complemented by tasting local specialties like the iconic Goldwasser liqueur and smoked fish. We set up a chill-out zone and BBQ lunch by the sea, creating the perfect moment to relax and network. Evenings were filled with exclusive events in unique venues, complete with live music and DJ sets.

✉️We even went a little old-school – guests sent personalized postcards from the historic post office!

📌Gdańsk has incredible potential as an incentive destination, and it’s currently one of the most popular choices among our clients.

We have just returned from – one of the key events in the MICE industry. As always, Travel Projekt proudly represented Poland 🇵🇱, promoting it as an exciting and competitive destination for meetings, incentives, and events.

✅Strong interest in – conversations with international partners confirmed that Poland is gaining serious momentum on the global MICE map.
✅New connections & fresh ideas – IMEX is so much more than a trade show; it’s a space to share ideas and get inspired.
✅Reconnecting with industry friends and clients – always a pleasure to catch up and strengthen those long-standing relationships.
✅A special highlight: At the IMEX Gala Aneta Ksiazek Head of Poland Convention Bureau POT received a prestigious award for her exceptional work in promoting Poland as a top MICE destination. Huge congratulations, Aneta & Team – so well deserved!🎉👏

🌿Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending , held at Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw and organized by SITE Poland with expert support from the Poland Convention Bureau POT.

👍We were honored to take part in a panel discussion “The Responsible Incentive Planner,” where, together with Agnieszka Jasińska Goerdt from Polhotrep - Travel Representation we had the opportunity to present the project "DMCs that CARE and GIVE," during which two CSR elements - both social and environmental - were implemented. We managed to engage 60 participants in building insect hotels for solitary bees, thanks to the support of Pszczelarium, which also provided expert guidance for this part of the project.

💡Throughout the day, we explored important topics around responsible incentive travel including how to effectively engage participants in initiatives, how to convince clients to include these elements in their briefs, and, most importantly, how to ensure their successful implementation.

🦉It was a day full of inspiration, valuable insights, and knowledge sharing. One thing is very clear: our industry truly recognizes the need to take meaningful action in support of both the environment and local communities. With small steps, we are able to change a lot!
