🐝🌿 U Give & Care – Supporting Our Planet!

Recently, we had the pleasure of organizing a special event for Polhotrep - Travel Representation.
🔸Our challenge? Finding the perfect indoor CSR activity that could be completed within just one hour.
🔸Our choice? Helping bees, essential for our ecosystem!

🍯 The event was hosted at Regent Warsaw Hotel, home to a rooftop apiary producing its own "Łazienki Gold" honey. With 500,000 bees living in the green surroundings of Łazienki Royal Park, it was the perfect place to raise awareness.

🐝Together with Pszczelarium, we organized a hands-on workshop, where participants built insect hotels using natural materials. They also learned about the crucial role of wild bees and how to support them.

🌱Why does it matter? Bees pollinate over 70% of the crops we eat, yet their populations are declining. Small actions—like providing shelters—can make a big difference!

💛 A huge thank you to Polhotrep - Travel Representation for trust and giving us oportunity to manage this project as well as to Pszczelarium for making this event a big success.

🔍 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending a remarkable event at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, which highlighted the awarding of Poland Convention Bureau recommendations for 2025-2026 to Professional Congress Organizers, Professional Incentive Travel Organizers, and Convention Bureaux.

🏆 During the event, filled with engaging discussions and insightful presentations, our company was honored with the prestigious Poland Convention Bureau recommendation as a Professional Incentive Travel Organizer!

🎉 We are proud to be among an exceptional group of 14 DMC companies from Poland and this great recognition motivates us to keep contributing to the development of the MICE industry. Congratulations to all the awardees!

💡 The meeting also featured the latest edition of the "Eventprofs Creators Lab" dedicated to the exchange of experiences, creative ideas, and innovative marketing solutions within the MICE industry.

We hope that you entered the New Year full of optimism and with renewed energy to embrace new challenges!🎉✨

The end of the year was incredibly busy for us, as we organized several New Year’s Eve events for our international clients in various cities across Poland.👍

However, our largest event took place in Poznań where 250 guests attended the New Year’s Gala. Besides, the guests explored the city in smaller groups and visited the St. Martin's Croissant Museum, where they learned about the making of this iconic local pastry. The program also included a stroll through the Christmas market, along with a tasting of mulled wine and hot chocolate. A visit to Poland’s first capital, Gniezno, was another highlight. Guests toured the cathedral where five Polish kings were crowned and participated in a tasting of local herbal liqueurs.🥐🥤🎄

The New Year's Gala itself was a tremendous success, also due to our excellent collaboration with the Novotel Poznan Centrum hotel, which proffesionally prepared the venue for the event and provided the lavish buffets with Polish specialites.🎆🍾🥂

Looking to offer your clients an unforgettable incentive trip? Poland is emerging as a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts, and we’ve been uncovering its incredible culinary potential! 👍👌😀

In recent months, together with our clients, we’ve explored the rich food scene of Gdańsk and the surrounding region. One standout project involved a Swedish chef, for whom we organized a tailor-made culinary journey through Gdańsk, Jastarnia, and Sopot, he visited with a group of food lovers. Highlights included goose carving workshop performed by a chef and an enthusiast of goose dishes as well as the tasting of exquisite products like fresh tartare, grilled goose breast and Machandel - a juniper-flavored vodka made using traditional methods that really reflects the spirit of historic city of Gdansk.🪿🍸😋

Our guests were also amazed by a unique meeting with a chef in Jastarnia, a master of traditional Kashubian fish preparation methods such as smoking, salting, pickling and fermenting. A truly unique and unforgettable experience can be the dinner on the beach, where the main attraction features fish nailed to wooden boards and roasted over an open fire . All accompanied by homemade wine and liqueurs.🐟🥗🍹

We have also visited several top-class restaurants in Gdańsk and Sopot that are perfectly suited to hosting incentive groups. The quality of the food was world-class, and the service was exceptional, making these venues ideal for any premium group experience.🥂🍲🍤

💡May and the beginning of June were extremely busy for us, as we successfully accomplished 7 incentive trips, for over 300 people, in 3 destinations: , and .

✅The selection of activities we offered was highly diverse, ranging from culinary walking tours with tastings of local products, to bicycle tours, canoeing in the city center and vintage car rides. Participants also enjoyed unique experiences such as an axe-throwing competition, an underground mining trip in the Wieliczka salt mine, including team-building activities and a perfume workshop in which they created their individual scents.

🏆We hosted also two gala dinners featuring an awards ceremony and provided entertainment including a jazz band concert, a piano recital showcasing Chopin's music, a multimedia fountain show and a dance party with a DJ.

⌛️It was quite an intense time, but we are extremely happy the goals were achieved, and our clients were delighted with the services and experiences we provided.

🇵🇱 remains very often overlooked as a destination, despite its significant potential for MICE events and still competitive value for money.

👍We had the great pleasure to attend the fam trip to Wrocław organized for Destination Management Companies from the 15th to the 17th of April.

📍Hosted by the , this three-day program offered us an immersive experience into the vibrant MICE scene of Wrocław.

💡Throughout the trip, we had the opportunity to explore various facets of Wrocław's MICE offer for event planners and incentive organizers. From visiting hotels and conference facilities to discovering unique event venues, excellent restaurants and party locations the fam trip provided us with valuable insights into the city's potential for hosting successful events of all scales.

💡Did you know that the most beautiful restaurant in the world is located in Wroclaw?

🍽️The restaurant La Maddalena in Wroclaw has been named lately the most beautiful restaurant in the world in the international Muse Design Award competition in New York!

📍The award was given "for style, elegance and the use of very fine materials in the interiors" . In the final competition, it competed against restaurants from: Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, the Arab Emirates and Canada. It received a gold statuette for interiors "in which harmony and beauty are felt".

⚠️The attention was drawn to the two round feast tables with a revolving stone plate in the centre made of snowy, fashionable marble, the beautiful oak floor and the extraordinary care for every detail of the decoration. They were also impressed by the design of the VIP room with a separate entrance and the restaurant's beautiful terrace suspended directly over the Oder River overlooking the University of Wrocław building and the possibility of mooring a boat next to the restaurant itself.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦The restaurant accommodates 100 guests and the additional 80 people can be seated at one long table on the terrace with an impressive view on the Odra River and Wroclaw University.

👏Our congratulations on this exceptional award, all the more so as the restaurant is permanently featured in the programs we offer to our clients planning to organise their event in Wrocław!

📍Yesterday we attended the Event Industry Forum, which was the first major branch fair of its kind this year.

💡In addition to interesting panel discussions and presentations on two stages, we had the opportunity to explore the latest trends and make new business contacts.

🦉With more than 2,000 attendees and 150 exhibitors, the event provided also an excellent platform to gain new knowledge and current practices in the event industry.

🎉It was also an opportunity to meet up with friends and wish each other a happy and prosperous New Year!
