Not a time travel, but an experience that allowed the participants to feel the spirit of the PRL era firsthand!

For a moment the participants stepped into the world of communist-era Poland. Divided into teams, they took on a series of challenges inspired by everyday life of PRL, putting their resourcefulness, creativity and teamwork to the test.

The programme included:
🚌 a ride on the iconic “Ogórek” buses
🚗 packing a classic Fiat 126p
💰 bargaining with a Turkish merchant
🤝 team activities requiring close collaboration
🏆 and, of course, plenty of healthy competition

There was lots of laughter, excitement and situations where teams had to quickly join forces and come up with the best solution.

The PRL era made a brief comeback - and it was quite an experience! 😉

As the production partner we were responsible for bringing the experience to life and delivering full on-site ex*****on, including:

🎨 event branding and on-site visual identity implementation

🌸 floral design and spatial decoration enhancing the attendee experience

🤝 hostess coordination and guest flow management

🍽️ catering and hospitality zone ex*****on

Another successful incentive trip delivered! 🚀

Recently, we had the pleasure of organizing a tailor-made incentive experience for a client from the insurance industry.

The program combined a unique mix of local experiences, active exploration, and networking, including:
🍽️ Culinary walking tour through the charming streets of Gdańsk Old Town
📮 Sending postcards from the city's historic post office
🛶 Kayaking adventures on the Motława river
🚴 Exploring the region by bike, from the heart of Gdańsk to the beautiful seaside
🚤 Thrilling RIB boat adventure

It was all about creating something truly original and memorable, designed to take participants beyond the everyday routine and into a series of unique shared experiences.

And once again, didn’t just meet expectations - it elevated them into a truly memorable experience! ✨

✨ Incentive Trip in Warsaw - A Journey of Taste, History & Culture

We had the pleasure of organizing an incentive trip in Warsaw for a company from construction industry, designed to combine culture, gastronomy, and authentic local experiences.

The program included:

🥟 Pierogi-making workshop with traditional Polish food tasting and insights into local history

🍫 Culinary tour with stops at Pijalnia Czekolady Wedel and a traditional vodka tasting

🏙️ A modern architecture tour which included a visit to Elektrownia Powiśle, Norblin Factory and Warsaw Berewery

🚤 Vistula River cruise and a walk along the boulevard
🚐 Vintage car ride (Nysa & Fiat) through Praga, including a visit to a PRL-era apartment, the Polish Vodka Museum, and a final stop for traditional Polish pyzy.

🥂 A visit to Highline Warsaw, about 230 metres above ground, where guests could enjoy a glass of ch*****ne while admiring a panoramic view of Warsaw.

A journey through Warsaw that blended history, design, and unforgettable local flavors! Once again, left everyone in awe of everything it has to offer.

Last week we attended Frankfurt - one of the key global events for the MICE industry.

✨Showcasing Poland’s Potential - A FAM Trip in Gdańsk and Sopot behind us!

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming MICE agencies from the D-A-CH region to and for a FAM trip designed to showcase Poland as a dynamic and inspiring destination.

The program featured a variety of carefully selected activities highlighting both the cultural and experiential potential of the region, including:

🌊 Beachside team-building competition, where participants collaborated to design and build their own boat

🥂 A tasting tour featuring local specialties, including the iconic Goldwasser

🎨 Amber workshop, during which guests created their own bracelets and artwork inspired by Gdańsk’s unique architecture

🚴‍♂️ A scenic bike ride along the coast from Gdańsk to Sopot

🍸 A visit to a local gin distillery, offering insights into craft spirit production and a guided tasting experience

🏨 Site inspections at selected hotels and event locations, showcasing the region’s strong infrastructure and potential for future projects

🍽️ Fine dining in local restaurants featuring authentic Polish and regional cuisine

Throughout the program, participants consistently expressed how positively surprised they were by the destination, praising its quality, diversity, and strong MICE potential.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to PURO Hotels Gdańsk, Poland Convention Bureau POT, Visit Gdansk and Visit Sopot for their outstanding support and contribution, which were essential in making this FAM trip possible.

A truly inspiring few days that once again confirmed Poland’s position as a highly attractive MICE destination in Europe!

Discovering the perfect balance of business & relaxation at Hotel Narvil!

🌿 Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Narvil for a site inspection – a modern, nature-inspired destination for both business and relaxation.

🌳 Just a 40-minute drive from Warsaw, surrounded by forest and rivers, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, unique design, and a wide range of activities, making it a perfect choice for incentive trips: close enough to explore the city, yet far enough to unwind in nature.

👨‍🍳 During our visit, we explored the hotel, after which some of us relaxed at the pool area, others went cycling, and some enjoyed a Nordic walking stroll. We also took part in a culinary workshop held in the professionally equipped culinary studio, where, under the guidance of a chef, we managed to prepare some truly delicious dishes!

Narvil offers 332 stylish rooms and apartments, along with conference facilities, the largest of which can host up to 1,600 participants. It also features fine dining at the award-winning Aruana Restaurant 🍽️ and relaxation at Niagara Spa 💆, where expert therapists deliver high-quality treatments for both body and mind.

A fantastic combination of business, relaxation, and outdoor activities - definitely a place worth considering for future events!
