Would you like to see sth off the track? On of my picks is the Museum of Gas Industry.
It is interesting architecture from II half of XIX century where in the first period they produced gas from coal but it was even more inflammable and its production more toxic. Since 1978 this gas was fully exchanged for natural gas. Inside you can find a fridge for gas, iron for gas, beautiful gas-meters from 1880s until about 1950s, gas linen press, gas ovens, and reconstruction of XIX centry bathroom and kitchen (great!), and whole set of machines that produced gas. Outside there are two huge round brick gasholders, that look very original.

Builders of Palace of Science and Culture where Russians, temporarily living in the city. This was their own wooden neighbourhood called ...(to underline the sense of huge, super high, only skycraper in the city ) The Friendship Neighbourhood.
[they lived in the big, wide ones. The small wooden ones are just by, but have different story.]

Now many people live there, many students and it's lovely green and silent there.

Look at this elaboarte decoration of the doors, and fine proportions (quite narrow)..
I was one a tour made by Museum of Warsaw, The tour was called Ostańce (eng . Outliers ?) We looked at small pieces of continuity of places, families, this is where the name of the tour comes from.

Thanks to artist Joanna Rajkowska a piece of grass became an "Oxygen Park" (polish: Dotleniacz).
She has created there temporarily a pond and a mist and it was very appreciated.
Later the square was designed with water area and something almost like a mist:)
