¿Sábalos?🐟 ¡No les tengas miedo!

Aunque su tamaño y esa enorme boca pueden impresionar, los sábalos no tienen dientes y no representan una amenaza para nosotros.

Fun facts: sus escamas se utilizaban antiguamente para elaborar prendas y otros artículos… ¡y se dice que aman los Doritos!

La próxima vez que veas uno en el agua, no huyas… ¡obsérvalo! Es parte de la magia de La Parguera. 🇵🇷

Tarpons?🐟 Don’t be afraid!

Their size and huge mouths can definitely look intimidating, but tarpons don’t have teeth and they are not a threat to us.

Fun facts: their scales were once used to make clothing and other items… and apparently, they LOVE Doritos!

So next time you see one in the water, don’t swim away… take a moment to admire it! It’s part of the magic of La Parguera. 🇵🇷
