Nagoya is so underrated 🍁 spent 2 days there and honestly the vibes are niceeee, the city feels calm and spacious, the mix of modern cafés with old wooden streets hits different, the food scene is umami and comforting, and the temples feel almost untouched compared to the big tourist cities, everything moves at a slower rhythm that lets you actually enjoy it. Even got to get into character over samurai and traditional robes for a moment. Will share more on the stories, stay tuned.

Day 1 back in Tokyo! Third time in Japan 🇯🇵🙌🏼 and we loved how we spent the day.

Save this for your next trip if you want a chill day exploring local neighborhoods at an easy pace. We started in Shimokitazawa with a relaxed fleamarket and artisan coffee, soaking up the slow, laidback vibe, then headed to Kichijoji for Christmas lights and ended the night with steakbowls at センタービーフアトレ吉祥寺店 that we loved.

Shimokitazawa: perfect for wandering slowly. Bonus Track, Haight and Ashbury, Bookends Coffee Service, Bear Pond Espresso, B&B Bookstore, Toyo Hyakkaten, Frankie Coffee, Sunday Brunch, Shimokita Cage, New York Joe Exchange.

Kichijoji: relaxed with variety. Inokashira Park, Harmonica Yokocho, Light Up Coffee, Blue Doors Coffee, Sun Road Shopping Street, Yuzawaya, Atre Kichijoji, Daiya Shopping Street, Marui Kichijoji, Coppice Kichijoji.

To eat: センタービーフアトレ吉祥寺店 for steakbowls and garlic rice (about 1000¥ each, $6-7).
Coffee ☕️: Light Up Coffee in Kichijoji, Bear Pond Espresso in Shimokitazawa
Vintage shopping: New York Joe Exchange (Shimokitazawa), Chicago Kichijoji, Flamingo Shimokita

Even on our third trip, Tokyo feels endless—months, maybe years, to see it all.

Tips for visiting 🇬🇷 Milos! We'll see you in ~2 weeks!

- Milos is a 50 min. flight from Athens on a small plane and it arrives to the smallest airport we have been to. Save time rather than taking a few hours on the ferry ⛴️
- It gets scorching hot during summer so it's best to rent a car rather than a scooter.
- plan your trip months in advanced since hotels book up fast.
- set yourself to visit lesser known beaches, the island is filled with gorgeous clear waters so anywhere you stop you'll find a great spot.
- if you're heading to the most known spots be sure to wake up early as they tend to get really crowded!
- Make reservations to rest. in advanced since they will be likely booked for sunset; our fave rest. was Astakas Cafe, Klima

Totally recommend exploring Milos for 4+ days!

📍Big Sur 🌊 Cruising through the PCH on the California Coast

The Pacific Coast Highway or (PCH) is considered by many as one of the most scenic, if not the best scenic road in the USA. Although it is very long it will never bore you and will have you always drawn to the sea. This is our second time driving along the PCH. Our first was last year on our road trip across Oregon.

One of the best things to do besides driving along the coast is the sense of discovery. Finding hidden coves and walking trails that take you right at the edge of some of the most amazing mountains cliffs that end up right at the ocean is really special. Add to it the wild life that lives on this areas and you have the perfect recipe for what any adventurous soul craves and desires for in a trip.

We took this photo just after blue hour and it was so dark that we went and tried a long exposure, incredibly enough how sharp this camera captured the true beauty of this landscape.

There’s just something about the outdoors that makes you feel at ease. Astonishing remarcable nature. It’s beautiful how creation is so perfect.
