نمشي مع السمسم – جولة في القدس العتيقة

انضموا إلينا في جولة مشي بين أزقة البلدة القديمة، يقودنا فيها السمسم إلى حكايات الطعم والتقاليد. نبدأ من ورشة عريقة تُنتج الطحينة وزيت السمسم والحلاوة بطرق تقليدية حافظت على جوهرها عبر الأجيال. ومن هناك، نمر بأفران الكعك التي تفوح منها رائحة السمسم كل صباح، ونكمل المسير إلى محلات الحلاوة وبسطات الزعتر التي تحكي قصصًا يومية عن هذا المكون المتجذر في المطبخ والوجدان.
في نهاية الجولة، نلتقي في مركز البلدة القديمة لنقوم معًا بورشة تطبيقية لتحضير "بسيسة"، وهي حلوى فلسطينية تراثية بسيطة وغنية.

Join us for a walking tour through the alleyways of the Old City, where sesame connects local crafts to everyday traditions. We begin with a visit to a long-standing workshop that produces tahini, sesame oil, and halva using traditional methods that have been preserved over generations. From there, we’ll pass by bakeries where sesame-covered ka’ak is made fresh, and continue through shops and market stalls selling halva and za’atar, where sesame remains a staple ingredient in daily life.
To wrap it up, we’ll gather at the Old City hub for a hands-on bsiseh workshop—a simple, nourishing sesame-based dessert tied deeply to Palestinian tradition.
